Our Activities

Don't know where to plan your first adventure? We know the area and love to share this information with our guests.

Our bed and breakfast is centrally located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. It is a short distance to two downhill ski resorts, Winter Park and Sol Vista, for all levels of skiing.

We are located near the groomed cross country ski trails of Devil's Thumb, Snow Mountain Ranch, and Sol Vista.

We are also a short driving distance from Historic Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. There are many shopping opportunities and a wide range of dining experiences.

Winter Activities

Summer Activities

• Spectacular wildflowers!
• Mountain biking on 600 miles of mountain trails, 5 miles of paved bike paths, and 45 miles of lift accessible trails
• Hiking, horseback riding, fishing, sailing, boating, hot air ballooning, and rafting/kayaking
• Golfing at the Pole Creek, Sol Vista, Grand Elk, and Grand Lake courses. Total of 81 holes.
• Alpine Slide, Putt-Putt golf, inline skating

Fall Activities

Enjoy the spectacular fall colors throughout Grand County or on a scenic drive through Rocky Mountain National Park over Trail Ridge Road, the highest paved road in America.

Another favorite activity is seeing and hearing the elk during the mating season.
